The way you stand plays a critical role in efficiency, efficacy, and power. Learn which way to direct your feet, where your shoulders should be, use your back foot as a spring, where to keep your hands & elbows and why.
Footwork (2.20)
The same way the wheels on the bus go round and round, your feet in boxing are the driving forces navigating around the ring as well as generating the momentum for a solid punch. Learn these simple four motions to make the dance easy during your workout. "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee."
Punches (3.23)
Jeremiah briefly goes over the most basic punches: Jab, Cross, Front Hook, Back Hook, Front Uppercut, and the Back Uppercut. Don't let ease of these punches fool you, they can break a serious sweat!
Defense (7.16)
Last but not least, defense. You never know when Iron Mike is going to challenge you to a quick sparring session. It's the perfect opportunity to show him the Slip Back, Slip front, and Duck that Jeremiah will show ya'.
